At ILLI Basin Co., we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handcrafted ceramic sinks. Our handmade ceramic sinks undergo meticulous inspections throughout the making process to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Return Conditions:

Unfortunately, we do not support returns for products damaged during mounting or manipulation. Please exercise caution during the installation process and follow our recommendations. In case of doubt, kindly contact us.

Timeframe for Returns:

Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return?

Please contact us at ccare@illi.ma with your order number, details of the issue, and pictures. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on where to send the item back to Casablanca, Morocco (point of shipment).

Refund Process:

Once the return request is approved by our Customer Care team and we receive the required insights, you will be contacted through your preferred channels, and the refund process will commence.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at ccare@illi.ma with clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and work with you to provide a suitable solution (either reshipping a new product or a refund following the customer’s choice).

Shipping Costs for Returns:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the products are damaged or defective during the shipping journey, in which case ILLI Basin Co. covers the cost.

Refund Timeline:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
