At ILLI Basin Co., we stand behind the materials and finish of our products with a 10-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in manufacturing or materials that may affect the appearance or functionality of the product under normal residential usage.

What is Covered ?

We guarantee the quality and durability of the materials used and the finish applied to our products for a decade. Rest assured, your ILLI Basin product will retain its integrity and aesthetic allure over time.

What is Not Covered ?

• Accidents and Misuse: Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or hazardous situations post-delivery is not covered by this warranty.

• Installation Issues: ILLI Basin Co. is not liable for any breakage or damage incurred during installation. It is imperative to enlist the services of a professional installer for the proper handling and mounting of your ILLI Basin product.

• Chemical Damage: This warranty excludes damage caused by the use of acidic or abrasive cleaning agents. Refer to our care and maintenance guidelines for recommended cleaning products.

• Inappropriate Use: Damage resulting from non-standard or inappropriate usage, such as microwaving the product, is not covered under this warranty.

Important Note:

ILLLI Basin Co. reserves the right to inspect the product to determine the nature of the defect and its coverage under this warranty. If a manufacturing or material defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, proceed to a refund (if desired, please consult our Returns & Refund Policy) or replace the defective product or component.
